By completing checkout, you agree to pay all charges for your order, including:

Your bank or payment provider may charge additional fees (currency conversion, processing charges), which Peonygear does not control.

F. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order is considered accepted only after we send the Order Confirmation Email.

Peonygear may cancel or refuse an order due to:

  • Payment issues

  • High-risk or suspicious activity

  • Incorrect billing/shipping details

  • Product unavailability

If canceled, you will be notified and refunded if applicable.

Customers may cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders enter production and cannot be changed or canceled.

G. Made-to-Order Production

All Peonygear products are made-to-order.
Once printing or production begins, the order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded unless covered under our Refund Policy.

H. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times, carriers, and delivery conditions are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Peonygear is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs delays or import fees

  • Packages lost due to customer address errors

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

I. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Returns are not accepted for made-to-order products except in cases of:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items

Peonygear reserves the right to request photo evidence for quality checks.
