We follow a made-to-order production model — every product is custom-made after an order is placed and shipped directly from our trusted production partners in Vietnam, China, or Mexico.
This policy reflects our commitment to transparency and fair shipping practices.
To help ensure smooth delivery, please confirm that your shipping address is accurate and complete, including apartment numbers and route details.
Peonygear is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (PST), excluding public holidays.

Processing time is 5–7 business days.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off are processed the next business day.

D. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can track:

E. Address Accuracy & Changes

Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional reshipping fees.

Address changes can be made within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us.

We cannot modify an address once the order has shipped.
F. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this time, orders enter production and can no longer be canceled or modified.
Note: We do not accept returns once an item has shipped, as stated in our Refund Policy.
G. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Deliveries
1. Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within 60 days of the order date, it is typically considered lost.
You may request a full refund or a free replacement.
2. Tracking Delays
If tracking does not update for 15+ business days, contact the carrier.
If unresolved, email us for assistance.
3. “Delivered” but Not Received

4. Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

I. Delivery Responsibility & Inspection
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, notify us within 48 hours with photos and order details.
This allows us to provide a suitable replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.

We reduce waste by producing items only after an order is placed and using eco-friendly packaging whenever possible.
