We operate using a print-on-demand model, which means every product is custom-made after you place an order and shipped directly from our production partners in Vietnam, China, or Mexico.

Peonygear is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to errors in the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

Customers are responsible for inspecting packages upon delivery.
If items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
