1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If your product arrives with any issue, please contact us within 30 days and we will offer a free replacement or a full refund — no return required.


2. Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, but only within a limited time:

  • 24 hours after placing your order (weekdays)

  • 48 hours if placed on a weekend

After that, your order goes into production and can no longer be changed or canceled.


3. How long does it take to receive my order?

Total delivery time includes processing and shipping:

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

  • Shipping time (USA): 7–10 business days

  • Shipping time (International): 10–17 business days

Note: Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to customs delays.


4. Where are your products shipped from?

All orders are produced and shipped from our international production partners in Vietnam, China, and Mexico.
We do not ship from within the United States.


5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and selected other countries.
Shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout.


6. Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, depending on your country’s laws. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.


7. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

8. What if my tracking says “Delivered” but I haven’t received the package?

  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages early)

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact your local carrier

9. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at [email protected] within 30 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Brief explanation of the issue

We’ll provide a free replacement or refund. No return is required.


10. What if my order is late?

  • After 45 days without delivery → you may request a 50% refund

  • After 60 days → eligible for a full refund or replacement


11. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you made an error during checkout, contact us within 24 hours at [email protected].
After this time, we cannot change the address once the order is in production or shipped.


12. Do items in one order ship together?

Not always. Since we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.


13. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?

Currently, we do not offer gift packaging or personalized notes. All items are shipped in neutral packaging without pricing information.


14. How do I choose the correct size?

Please refer to our Size Chart before placing your order.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.


15. Can I request a custom design or personalization?

At this time, we do not offer personalized or custom-designed items.
All products are created by our in-house design team.
